Item Description and Condition:
Each of our items listed will provide a detailed description, condition and photograph(s) to help our customers determine its overall condition. Please note that any items listed as "in need of repair" or "clearance" will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstance.
Payment Information:
We accept PayPal as our only form of payment for all customers wishing to purchase our listed items with a credit card. All payments are acknowledged with an e-mail shipping notification to the customer within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
A Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be charged for customers living in Texas and will be added to their order during PayPal checkout.
Delivery:
All items listed are in stock and will ship within 48 hours once cleared of payment through PayPal and shipping address is confirmed.
Should an item arrive which has been damaged by the carrier, the customer must contact us immediately through the below e-mail address below to initiate their claims process. Initially we will respond by e-mail and only if deemed necessary we will contact customers with shipping issues by phone.

Shipping:
Bluebonnet Collectibles ships via the United States Postal Service. Shipping prices are calculated based on your registered delivery zip code and the package weight.
Larger items that will require freight shipping, any amount given for shipping during checkout should be disregarded as a separate freight invoice will be issued with the accurate shipping charge after the sale. If there is a need for a damaged shipping case to be issued due to issues received by our shipping provider then once the shipping provider has completed their investigation after retrieving the item from the customer that was damaged during the shipment process, we we expedite a satisfactory resolution to the customer.

Every customer's satisfaction is vital to our online store's success and all purchases are fully refundable for the purchase price (shipping and taxes not included) within 7 days of the customer's receipt of the item regardless of their reason for dissatisfaction. Please note that customers will be responsible for contacting Bluebonnet Collectibles immediately and for returning the item back to us for a refund.
Return shipping charges are not refundable!
All related shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer should the customer wish to return an item to be found as unsatisfactory within 7 days of the customer's receipt.
